Just be careful- Chewing and spitting is considered an eating disorder. You don't need to be trading one food issue with another!
Topic: Sick to my Stomach- 2 1/2 weeks post op
Hello everyone!
I had surgery on Feb 2, 2007 and had felt really great until last night when I started feeling nauseous. I am still on liquids only (3 boost's per day and water) so it isn't anything I have eaten. At first I though I just need to have a BM, but today I am still sick to my stomach. Any insight on why? Is this common??

Call your doctor asap. I had surgery thursday Feb 8th come home on the 10th with pain meds but never took any. I know that everyone's pain is different but you should call to make sure that all is well and you are ok. I hope that you get to feeling better.

I got a sinus infection 2 weeks before surgery and they delayed mine a week. They are so concerned about pneumonia and have you doing breathing tests every hour on the hour that they probably will delay. You would not want them to do it when you are not 100% anyway. Good luck. You'll get there.

Nope no pain. I even ate strawberries yesterday without any problem. Spent yesterday moving huge heavy boxes into storage and all day today vacuuming and shampooing carpets. Now I'm down 26lbs. This is my kind of diet!!!!

I can't believe I've caught a cold!! 
I'm scheduled for surgery on Tuesday and am so afraid they are going to cancel it. I bought Airborne, Zicam, and Vit C last night to help clear it up. Anybody have any other ideas?

I agree I would call the dr. I had surgery Feb 1st and after the first couple days have felt better than I expected. Sorry to hear you are not feeling good.
