I'm going to make this over the weekend, having a get together on Sunday for football games, last week I made a thick and creamy corn chowder, but full of fat and calories. This sounds so much better

I wonder how it would be with the chicken apple sausage Darlene mentioned. I have whole wheat tortellini in the freezer I'll use those and see how it comes out! thanks for posting it!
