I don't know if I am excited or not. I hope I have learned the lessons I needed to remind myself of. I gotta tell you though, there is a cookie screaming my name right now, but I will ignore it. Tomorrow will mostly be chicken and beef so I'm good to go. Rick

It's a good thing there is all of this bad weather across the country. We need to slow down or we are just going to fly by Las Vegas. Maybe Jannine will slow down on some of her house work so we don't miss it. Or maybe if Mimi doesn't go dancing as much. Just kidding. We are doing great. Thanks for logging are travels. It has been fun. Take care, Rick

Hope everyones having a great weekend! I haven't been hungry at all, but need to eat to avoid "crashes", I'll probably stick to protein shakes for the rest of the night.. how's everyone doing, post your Saturday and Sunday menu here breakfast - 2 peanut butter balls lunch - 2 chinese fried shrimp (maybe thats why I'm not hungry, they were kinda greasy ) dinner - mixed berry protein shake later tonight - going to try isofruit pineapple protein that I found out of despiration after learning the company closed.. vitamins - taking my first calcium now, I'll get the second one in later exercise - none.. water - working on my 3rd nalgene bottle hope you're enjoying your saturday!
