Have any Marchers out there started working out at the gym?
 Hello,
 Yes, I go to the gym 3 times a week and do 30mins on the eliptical machine and life weights (free weights and machine).  I found that everytime I do the 30 mins on the eliptical I have lost 1/2 a pound, everytime!  My goal for the last two weeks of July is to increase my workouts to 5 times a week of eliptical, 30 mins & weights m, w, f and 45 mins & sit ups t, th.  That is the goal. 
So far I have lost 60.5 lbs and over 22 inches.  I would suggest this type of cardo if you can do it, it works!!!
