Man, I wish I'd get a rash!
No, really, I wish I would. I'm hopefully getting my belly done, but I'm self-paying.

Topic: RASHES
Hello been awhile since I've posted... I've still not heard nothing from Dr Nyes office everytime I call insurance they tell me they are still waiting on pics form Dr Nyes office.. 6weeks was up June 5th and I'm still waiting...
How is this HEAT treating YALL I'm DIEING.... I am so raw it bad... I'm so ready for my Tummy Tuck... I'm so Raw I want to cry it hurts so bad....
But besides that I'm happy with everything else... I'm still loosing.. Slow but I am.. And I'm glad it slowed down.. Cause I'm already in a size 6 pants and only thing holding them up is all the skin I have in the belly Cause they are way big in the back I have to wear a belt to keep them from poking out... But I'm good and happy with everything but the rashes....
Hope everyone is doing good... Talk to yall soon.. Keep yalls legs and fingers crossed I will hurry and hear something about my TT....

Hey there Ronda!
I made the prediction a few months back that the board would die a slow horrible death after we all hit one year out. It's just the way of the boards.
But, we do need to keep in touch... it's a great way to stay accountable... and supported.
I'm glad you are okay, and you're not alone - I've not lost anything for months and months and months.

Hi all
I've been keeping a weblog about my journey after my gastric bypass, and I entered into a local newspaper contest about weblogs. I got an email today, stating that I am a finalist! I'm going to be judged on number of comments left to my postings and such, so I'd love for some of the OH family to come and visit me. Thanks, gang.
You can get there at (fix the link first)

It's also linked in my profile as my webpage.
I appreciate it, thanks so much.

As you can see from the minimal postings that you aren't the only one that has been MIA. Glad you got everything straightened out with your anemia. You are right that we have to always pay attention to our nutrition and exercise. I was at a stand still for so long then my doc said she didn't think I was eating enough. Imagine that! So I sent my fitday logs to the dietician for 2 weeks and she gave me suggestions. I lost 5 lbs. in a month. Which is huge for me since I had only lost 6 lbs the previous 6 months. However, over this weekend I am not too sure how things will end up. I was away and at 2 picnics. I know I grazed too much. I did an 8 min. pilates routine and walked about a mile but that is alot less than usual. So tomorrow it's back to work and back to my regular exercise routine. I have an appt. with the dietician tomorrow afternoon for a follow up. Hopefully the scale will be kind. I guarantee I will be eating light tomorrow!
Glad to see some of the "regulars" back. We need to keep in touch to help keep each other in line!

Lara,
Congrats on getting back down to 190. Change is always difficult. I can't imagine moving in with someone. That would be majorly stressful. I'll keep my fingers crossed for the plastics for you.

Hi Rhonda!
Good to see you again. My profile is stripped down to the bare bones, by my choice (I was getting strange "fan mail" and it gave me the wiggins!) But I'm doing well. I have also bought a nice bike and LOVE riding it (not near enough but I'm working on it).
Scary stuff on the anemia and what not! Glad you are feeling much better now. When I get low on B12 I get lethargic and crabby. (I forgot to take my shot for 5 days and MAN did I feel it!)
In any case, glad to see you around again.
Huggles,
~Lara
