Hmmm....
I don't think I did - my hair just always fell out. It didn't really stop until I started eating too much.
It was very noticeable around 3-6 months - then slowed...

How much is too much protein, do you think? Did they say? I'm very curious! I just read somewhere (can't remember where!) that if you ingest too much protein that it *will store as fat?
I wasn't aware of that?!

It's like being a kid waiting for christmas...........excited but when it gets close i will be scared.........(remember being scared as a kid of santa? i use to cry thinking he would see me awake or not like the cookies and not leave us fgifts LOL)

Sorry, I haven't tried it, what works for me when I stall is to increase my protien, I will usually add a second protien shake in the evenings.

Yes, I went through a second round of hair loss around 10 months. I don't know if it was the stress of moving or what. It seems to be slowing down.

Click on the links to see all three pages. My PCP says it's normal and takes 6 months to a year to quit. I assume she means 6 months to a year from the time it starts falling out!
