Topic: a wow moment!
I did not think I would really have any wow moments so far out but I had one last night. I was taking a bath and I reached around to "try" to scrub my back AND I was able to reach ALL of it!!! And i did not have to twist into a pretzle to do it!
Have a great day!

My hair fell out terribly in the first couple of months! I kept cutting it very short because of it. Now, I finally have the urge to grow it out.
Do you take your vitamins? How many grams of protein do you get in a day? If you don't count, try counting for a couple of days - just to see. My surgeon said to aim for 50 grams per day. My hair isn't falling out now, and I average 75-120 grams of protein.
I hope it slows down for you soon!

Honestly before this I didn't have much sensation (that I noticed anyway) ... now I am "Hyper-Sensitive" meaning I feel everything! I was told either my sensation would stay the same or I would lose it - and I for sure haven't lost anything! At my 1 month I told my Dr. that my nipples were still sensitive - that I could feel everything (like my shirt moving) and he said I was probably going to be this way now - that maybe before I was sensitive but because they were saggy & I "Smashed" them in my bra that it "numbed" them & now they are free so they feel ...
It is really different for me then before.

Hi! Inspirational. You look GREAT! I really want my boobs done. I'm a 36D right now...I've never known what its like to go braless...I've worn a bra since I was 9. Even at 103lbs I was a c cup.
My biggest fear is losing sensation. I mean...not to get too private, but its 1/2 of my pleasure if you know what I mean. How is your sensation now if you don't mind me asking?
Thanks for sharing,
Rachel

Hi Lisa!
Thanks for the compliment
I really had no pain with these surgeries ... just with the legs ... I do itch something mad though! But I had no physical surgery pain with the Breast Lift & Arm Lift, just tightness and I am okay with that.
I wish my Ladies looked like yours though!! I went from a 40D the day of plastics to a 34B WHAT?!?! Guess a lot of the extra space was just skin & fat - cuz he took all of that and left me with just breast tissue ... but I will say HOORAY for the perkiness of the new girls.

Well I noticed right away the shoulder pain went away since I have not worn a bra in 5 weeks now ... WOO HOO never thought I could go bra-less! Then I have noticed I stand more straight - which also makes me look slimmer. I think it is too soon to tell with the back pain, just because I am using different muscles to stabalize myself ~ and am afraid to lay on my stomach so I sleep on my back which is different for me .... but I know the back pain is going to be better.
My DOWN moment ... I went to the store & saw a real pretty bra with no wire & tried it on ... happens I am a 34B now
I will take the perkiness and the 34" anyday, but I know I am going to miss the ladies!!
