Hello everybody!

Sorry I haven't been in touch for a bit. I am still working on my appeal with my insurance. I have tried hard not to obsess with this whole procedure. Turns out that my PCP did call the appeals dept. last week. He left a message for them to call him back. They told me at his office that they never called him back. I called the insurance company and they called the wrong doctor. Oh well, life is never boring when you deal with insurance. Just wanted to say I am still out here, somewhere in cyberland. By the way, a BIG thumbs-up to those of you have lost so much weight. Eleanor

Helen, I have been very busy lately. I am really involved with support groups and taking care of 2 grandchildren. I have been riding my bike too. How are you doing? See you lighter. Joanne
