What food do you miss the most?
This is a "no-brainer" for me. I miss BEER
. Some days here in hot southern California, I would almost do anything to have an ice cold glass of beer. But, now that I am comfortably in a size 10 from a 20, I have been told to just look in the mirror and get a glass of water!!! So this is what I do. I have no idea if I can tolerate sugar as I have not had any. I also choose to avoid rice, potatoes, pasta, bread, etc. Lots of protein for me!

What foods do you miss the most...anything unhealthy....fried food, Mcd's fries are the best... wendy's double burger...God How I would love a burger from wendy's.
I have not veered one time off of this. Low carbs, No sugar... I want a pop but am too deathly afraid to drink even a sip. Especially when it was 100 degrees out side.
Better off with out it all. 100 lbs down now...went from a 30/32 jean to a 16...

I miss my McD's Quarter Pounder with Cheese. But I have tried some burger and it dosn't set well. Also Chicken and Turkey don't settle well either. I used to be a chicken holic, hopefully by Thanksgiving I will be able to tolerate turkey... I can sneak in some turkey burger if I add it to a pot of beans or soup and pureed it. Thats the only way. I can tolerate pork tinder loin and chops, tuna fish, salmon, and shrimp. So I got a pretty good variety that is available.
Breads and rice, I don't want to even go there... Nope, I have heard to many bad stories about them. I don't realy miss them. Infact I tried a bite of lasagna a month ago and nope no pasta for me it felt like my pouch was going to explode... I ended up in bed at 6 pm that evening and my gf thought I was going to die... No pasta for this guy...
Now I have tried sips of soda, Dr. Peper and Vanilla Coke were my favorites before WLS. But it just did not taste the same when I sipped it. So I just stay with my regular cup of coffee or skinny lattes or Iced Green tea.
