I tell you, this fluids first, lower carbs thing is working! I've lost a pound a day for the last week.
Considering that everyone in my family has diabetes except me, I think that I am severely insuline resistant.
Either that or my body finally got over the complications.

I read in one of your posts that the scale had gone down. Is your stall over? If not, try this approuch: 2 fluid low carb protein supplements for breakfast and lunch. (Yes they are nasty!
) Fluid, fluid, fluid (I drink whatever I want~ water, coffee, koolaid) and then whatever you want for supper. (I eat anything~ protien first but then potatoes, bread, whatever.)

I was so glad to finally read this thread! I've been feeling like I was lagging behind all of the "big losers" and kind of wondering if I was just going to have to settle for a good, but relatively moderate weight loss.
Now I see that I'm right on track with many of my fellow April friends and that makes me hopeful!
