Thank you Rae for the challenge!!!!

Thank you so much Rae for talking about this challenge and getting it started. I thought I was never going to get rid of the 2 lbs (177) gained on NYE and then get past my lowest of 175 that I had been stuck at for a long while. As of this morning I lost another 2 lbs. for a total of 5 so far (172)!!! Take care, Tara surgery 4/18/05 289/172/150

Tara... You are all most welcome....I am a firm believer of support of one another...If we can not share our gtood fortune with anyone else what is the sense having it in the first place. There have been so many people lately that have hit the plateau and well it just broke my heart to see everyone so upset and miserable. I am proud of you,,,keep up the good work and god bless all your endeavors. Rae
