The dentist HATES Crystal Lite!

My dentist told me to stop drinking Crystal Lite pronto if I want to keep all of my teeth from rotting. He says its worse than soda because of all the citric acid in it. (It is listed as the first ingredient..) What am I going to do?

*ugh* that sucks how about ice tea with splenda?

I love it I am not going to stope drinking it

How about trying a straw? I drink it too, my friend just recently told me he drinks his energy drinks with a straw for the same reason.
