Thank you everyone for all your well wishes. Someone asked how I'm doing it. Well, I go to the gym 4 times a week. 2 times with a personal trainer and 2 times doing a cardio bootcamp. Not eating any simple carbs, lots of water and protein and natural foods. I try to ride my bike whenever I can and I have my before pics on my fridge door, and if that's not motivation enough I don't know what is
