Hey all. Forgot to update a few days ago on my 6 month surgiversary. I got out of the hospital on Oct. 19th after being there for 18 days. And then a week before that I was in another week and now I'm back in here again since Tuesday. LORDY! But I have lost 130 pounds since my surgery 6 months ago. It's probably more now, but as of the 23rd I was 314 and I was 444 the day of surgery. That just seems so unreal to me. I'm probably down to something like 310 now, It seems like nothing to be down 4-5 pounds every couple of days lately. It's really quite scary. I mean yeah, I'm still bigger that most of ya'lls starting weights but the way this stuff is falling off just doesn't feel ANY kinds of healthy right now. SO.........would I do this surgery again??? Heck...........no. Yeah the weight loss aspect has been good but the rest of it has STUNK. I'm so jealous of those of you who have had relatively problem free rides. Boy I think it's my turn for one. I'm tired of hospitals and IV's and banana bags and potassium drips and liquid diets and smelling like an alchohol prep pad. I want to go home and be normal. I had to drop out of all 5 of my classes with a medical withdrawl because I couldn't keep up with all the hospitaliizations..........even though I have a laptop. I just needed to concentrate on me and getting me better. So, here I sit.........bored again, wondering if THIS is going to be my last hospitalization. It stinks! I hope you all are doing well. I know I haven't been posting lately. Too much going on. Allie

It will all be worth it. Just think how much freedom you will have once out of that body
