Help
Hey some of my post is gone....I also stated to make sure you are getting in all your water and vitamins. and I bet it is something simple....maybe you are getting too much salt or if you are drinking bottled water make sure it does not have hidden salt. But like Dee said journal everything and it probably is like she said you probably aren't getting enough..
Hi,
I had a really slow month in September and also went back to basics. This is what i did:
1. tracked food faithfully on sparkpeople.com
2. Eliminated beef jerky and reduced my sodium intake to about 1200 or less per day.
3. Upped water intake to 100 ounces
4. Increased exercise (walking) by one additional day.
5. Made sure I had at least 1000 to 1200 calories per day.
My weight loss was much improved in October and November is even more dramatic and the month is only half over. I am pretty sure my metabolism is working better now. Also, if you are close to goal, the last pounds are much harder and will definitely take longer. I still have 80 more to lose, so I am at least a year from goal weight, if not longer.
So change things around a bit and see what happens

I think the journaling advise is good, esp. if you do not keep up with what you eat. Also, I am currently going through a no loss cycle but when I put my calories in fitday I realized most days I was not even getting to 800 calories and that is a problem so you might want to really look at your calories.
Hope that helps.

I started eating a little more today and now I realize why I had stopped, my tummy hurts when I eat often. I called my doctor again and they want me to make an appointment and try to keep eating frequent very small meals if I can and to keep my water intake up. I have eaten more so far today than I have in two days. I usually just drink fluids all day, water, coffee, and diet rock stars.
