Day 3 Pouch Test
just wanted to check in and see how everyone was doing. i had boiled egg whites for breakfast and a small can of lemon pepper tuna for lunch. i have noticed that i have more desire to eat since introducing solid food. i'm not really feeling hunger in my tummy more just wanting to eat cause i can i think. when i was just drinking all day i didn't really have the this strong of a want to eat. weird. i would have thought i would have felt more deprived the first two days.

Im doing okay so far, but i am hungry.
I'll be okay though. Ill go to the gym and work out next to some hot skinny chick and while my fat jiggles all over it will motivate and remind me to deal with it and stay on plan~! haha!

Here's what ive had so far today:
Breakfast: coffee
Snack: hard boiled egg
Lunch: tuna and crystal light
ugh. here's my problem. I dont have something i can "snack" on before i go to the gym. I didnt plan well my friends. Sucks to be me right now..lol.

hey heather! Sounds like you did a great job avoiding temptation! Yipee! Im proud of ya!
My work out was good and when i got home i made myself a scrambled egg so i felt better! I also drank a lot of water while working out to fill me up until i could get home.
I am drinking a half a cup of coffee right now. Not sure if i should but i dont think it will hurt me. The plan said to limit caffeine ...not completely rule it out! I've been trying to stick with a cup in the morning but i love the taste of it and thought if i just had a half a cup this evening i will feel like i had a treat
Im very excited to have ground beef and shrimp tomorrow! If i didnt have to take my daughter to gymnastics right after work i would have asked my DH to take me to a restaurant for some lobster! Lucky for him and his wallet i cant...lol.
Hmm...im curious. What are we suppose to eat for breakfast?
Not sure about you but i really dont think i want ground beef, turkey, or lamb in the morning! hmm. It says firm protein. Im going to do some research and see what exactly is considered "firm" protein. If anyone reading this knows....if you have any ideas for breakfast...Please help me! I just read the 'recomendations" listed and eat those things, but surely there are other firm proteins we can eat?

well, i tried to do some research but couldnt really find anything. I think im just going to eat a hardboiled egg for breakfast. Im sure that will be fine, afterall it is protein and i think thats the idea.
I wont have time to go to a restaurant after gymnastics because they get out too late and we usually race home afterwards for her to do her homework and shower before her bedtime! Thats okay though....im having shrimp for lunch and that will keep me happy!
