Sunday Weigh In
Still below goal, weighed in at 134 this morning. Usually fluctuating between 132 and 135. I like to have a bit of a cushion as I know I am still "honeymooning".
Our 1 yr anniversary is coming up. It is really hard to imagine where we all were 1 year ago. So even though we have all struggled and some are getting frustrated at how the losses have slowed, we have to remember how much better off we are compared to a year ago and how far all of us have come.
So have faith A-teamers. We all lose at different rates and as long as we keep focused watch our food intake and exercise I know we will all make our goals.

Hi all!
I had a really busy week this week....worked 7 days in a row and still found time to exercise 3x this week. I really pushed myself in the gym, as I want to see if working out will help any with that sagging skin and loose fat that is left. I ate well and snacked some but not as much as the week prior since I was so busy.

Shar, I so feel your pain. I haven't lost in two weeks. I am still at 236-237 depending on the day. I just saw this book on how to loose the last 30 pounds on Amazon. It was written by a WLS doctor. I am thinking about ordering it because I just don't know what to do anymore. I am not even looking to get down as low as some of our fellow A-teamers. I just want to be in the one hundreds.
What's the name of that book? I'm interested!

Weird.
I took a current pic of my face and I keep hearing I look thinner.. but I don't see it.
I have 50 days to meet my goal of being under 200 by a year post op.
Not sure if it's doable.. but I'm going to try.
