I think apples and carmel sause make a great snack and 100 calories pop  corn works I swear beans r my life savor and key to weight loss, And I make this low calorie custard. I love soup helps me feel satisfield for hours. You are not alone and so good to see you here

Ok I think I found everyone lbs LOL up 2 pounds but hey it is part of the cycle up down up down up , I was pretty much starving to be 168 and now that I am able to eat alittle more i am recovering  from starvstion mode and now on a good food plan,I am pretty swollen but I figured gonna take months to see the results all over. No dobt fluid weight gain

I have lost 1 pound so now I am 223 stil sucks because my smallest was 209 but I have cut out all drinks excep****er! No coffee no crystal light no alcohol. I am going to do this for a full month and see how this works. Exercise is back on too I roller skated outside today it was so cold! It made it really hard to breath and then when I came in my it burns to take deep breaths weird huh?
Anyway if I can post this everyone can post some info too!

Just book mark it jessica on favorites make it so fast comming here to log in , I am healing ok just a slow process but , I glad I had it done but I cannot imagine having a job and getting this done No way can I be working and had this done,I hope to go back to work next summer but we will see.Depends on the stroke recovery of my daughter. Next is boob job I just had so much excess skin everywhere, I have the skin that is really bad for recoiling seems to be trade mark of latin girls lol we may tan well but we do not recoil very well LOL

I too had surgery April 07 and I understand TOTALLY!!  I have to weigh constantly to make sure I stay where I want to be.  I want to stay between 145 and 150.  If I find myself going over the 150 mark, I will pull out my book and write down everything that goes in my mouth for a couple of days.  If you are writing it down, you are a lot less likely to eat crap!  weigh it and measure it!    Eating a lot of soup helps too if you need to get that tight feeling back in your tummy.  Limit all slider foods!  my weakness is at night, i allow myself airpopped popcorn.  Chips and nuts would be my preference, but the calories,,, oh the calories!!!  We have come WAY to far to slide back now.  Stay strong!!!  Another thing that helps, is go back to the protein.  It builds muscle mass and keeps the hunger away. Basically, always go back to the basics!!  Cut calories and exercise! Good Luck!

hi i had my sergery on april 3 07 i have done great up till now and now i seem to have fallen off the wagon how do we jump back on give me some ideas on what to do i have come way to far to go backwards now...  any input would be great i need this help...  what do you all eat ina day what are your snacks the amounts you eat etc anything will help me get back on and stay on

You sure have come along away Jessica.It's hard to believe we are just normal people, I am not going for the victoria secret model look I just going for the normal people. So nice to not have people  take that double look. the pitty look or disquisting look when they saw me walk by.
Woohoooooooo dating .. I bet they are lining up you are such a pretty woman. Congradulations on your sucessful weight loss journey,
