Hi everyone!!!!!!!!!! I am doing marvelious,, No pain meds for few days now and soon will up and running out the door to finish my Christmas shopping when I get these drain tubes out, I am trying to eat to get strength I need. Seems I have hard time standing long seems I tire easy and pain increases more so I need to sit most of the time, I am not above to get a wheel chair at walmart and do my shopping if I need to.Well todays weight in 172 down 11 lbs OK Ok I cheated had to have 13 pounds and fat cut out to get a signifcate weight loss but I will take it .

Ty Dr Niak for believing in me when I was ready to give up and to erase years of pain and failure, I feel I was reborn and now I am the woman I should be.
So werid to see 171 and flat tummy. I feel like I am in fairy tale dream. Above all Ty my A team for being here for me all the way. I actually feel like a normal person not a woman with a skin hanging off her body.
See the Doc thurday so hope I will get drains and staples and stiches out

I'm up and down a pound or two but staying steady between 135 and 140. I hope once the holidays are behind me I can focus more on exercise and try to lose 10-lbs. I'm thinking I would like my target zone to be between 130 & 135. The closer I get to 140 the worse I feel. I feel better at 135...or a pound or two less.

It's cold here today too Shar. 12 degrees with a wind chill of -7
Finding it hard to stay warm with no body fat now.
Lisa I hope you are feeling better because you look marvelous.
My weight has been pretty steady between 127 and 130 for the past few months.
Today I am 127.5 , up 1/2 lb from last week.
I hope everyone has a great week. Stay warm!

Its frosty out here in Caifornia this morning. Had a couple busy days and nights. First, my Boss's retirement party and then a wedding. Had to eat outside the zone. Tried to make the best choices I could. Hanging in there on maintenance. Down a pound-up a pound, still in my target zone.
I tried making non alcoholic eggnog based on recipes I saw on OH. It was yummy. I can not have very much of it (it is rich!) but it is nice to have a NF, SF alternative.

Good morning everyone from freezing Chicago. No loss for me, as usual. But, i am ok with it. I struggle to stay where I am. Lisa, I hope you are feeling better,cause you look wonderful,the parts I can see. We all know who the biggest loser is this week!

I am sorry I have not gotton to call you!!! My daughter has strep throat and a high fever for 3 days and my son had a school play and I got the final paperwork for my new job! Been a hella busy week!

Shar it is so worth it, I think the pain is minimal and I feel like i did 2000 situps but quickly subsides when i settle in My back is just popping back in place and telling me ty about time your abs do the work for you lol . the constant dull back ache is just gone, I can feel my spine readjusting from the massive pannis removal. I am , just extremly tired but heck each day i am getting stronger.The feeling of passing out was not a good feeling but that has passed i just get tired standing real quickly.
