Up a pound now 187 ..
Well I am hoping this week not to gain a pound
Having tons of relatives invading the house for thansksgiving So had to clean the cubbards and shampoo the carpet and couches
Today refrigerators.
I do have energy finally to do this stuff except my back just kills me and I am so hoping that the tummy tuck will take this hanging pannis weight off my back and relieve the pain.Does anyone have back pain? I have bone spurs and arthritis on my lower spine. I am only able to do swimming water work outs
for exercise and any land exercise I bounce to much on my spine
Frustrated because I went back to gym and I am dying in pain with my back I was hoping to feel great after losing all this weight and I am not seeing it as far as pain relief but I know I am healthy overall, I am just upset with my body and feel very discouraged as the shoulder doc took x ray of my neck and said I have compression on T5 T6 vertabre which is causing me to go numb in my arms So MRI was ordered
Plus I fell off plat form cart sat nite,Joys of being old and abusing my body threw obesity. I am just upset that I probally waited to long to do something about my spine pain,
All have a great weight loss week and have a wonderful Thanksgiving.
Lisa
Thanks so much ! Yes I do belive there are many different ways children end up with Autism. Nick i belive did because he did have the shot. I also think the enviroment and some gentics and stuff we have yet to figure it out.
It really is great that Beside us walking through this weight loss journey together, we also have people here who know our family struggles as well. I love my Oh family here!

Lisa,
I've soooo enjoyed walking with you during this weight loss journey.
The A-team would NOT be the same without you.
You bring joy and encouragement here.. and honesty!
Honesty encourages Honesty.
Because of your transparency, others can feel safe to share.
That's invaluable here!
There would be no support without it.
Thank you Lisa for being you!
YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL!!

I wanted to thank you Dee for sharing your story too.
I feel honored that you would post it for us to read.
We are all growing and changing.
I had a horrible childhood as well, but I might right about it another time. T
his kind of stuff you have to wait until your "in the mood" to talk about.
I also have a child with Autism.
But I wanted to tell you that he was NEVER immunized.
I'm not saying that immunizations don't effect autism, but I do think it can make it worse.
I can't imagine the problems I might have had if we did immunize.
I'm so glad I read up on it before hand.
Everyone commented on Lisa's testimony, and rightly so,
but I wanted you to know that yours is equally inspiring as well.
Thanks again for sharing!
Shakeira
Well A-Team here I am again...
I have charted everything I'm eating for over a week now.
I've worked out 3 days this week and gone on a few hikes.
I'm drinking at least 80 oz of water a day. I found drinking the water really helps me not snack or crave sweets.
My cal's varied around 900 to 1200.
Believe it or not I wasn't really that hungry.
I kept my protein up to at least 60-80 grams a day.
I can't believe this but I'm down 7 lbs!!!!!!!!
That's with the SAME scale.. fully dressed
(last week I weighed without clothing)..
So I know it can't be a trick. I'm just floored.
I don't expect this to happen next week, but I'm thrilled with reward this has brought.
I'm going to keep it up.
Thanks for your support! I couldn't have kept going without it!
