Hi all,
It is great to hear of everyone's successes. Keep up the good work!
I am currently maintaining my weight loss but still having trouble keeping up with the exercise. I have been very tired this week. Totally forgot to take my B12 injection in the middle of the month (I usually do it twice a month but it took me a few weeks to figure out why I was so tired!) So, I did my B12 on Friday and hope my energy comes back.

Do you want a visitor whilr you're in the hospital? Don't be disappointed if you don't lose all the weight right after surgery. A lot of bloating and water retention takes place so you may not see the results for a while.

I just told my doc I am to damn skinny on my arms legs shoulders and no butt the rest in in my stomach and it is not comming off from there it is comming off my arms and legs boobs, and i do not want to be a stick with a huge gut i will look like those starving people with huge gut.
So he said ok lets take a look and he agreed i was getting to skinny else where but my gut.. was not. gonna happen my feet are so skinny i need to buy narrow shoes long way from size 11w to size 7 1/2 .

Dee & Lisa, congrats on the PS progress. I'm so happy for both of you AND SOO jealous! 
I went to my doctor last week and he said NO to PS til I lose at least 20 more pounds and keep it off for at least another month. 
Ughhhh,,sounds like I have to REALLY get back to the exercising huh..........

Good morning A team ... well this must be a good losing tred for everyone so far this week I dropped 6 pound this week and was in total shock but this is how I lose drop and nothing for weeks I am so happy as i am hoping to reach my goal of 180 before my tummy tuck on dec 8 th. I am so exctied for dee and her upcomming tummy tuck ,, Just think Dee a few days away and u will be below 200 ..Dee please give your friend my number and she can call me asap about how the surgery went .. I will say my prayers for you and your family Dee

Hello!
Today I weighed my self and the scale said 221!!!! I almost fainted. I am so excited! I leave tuesday night for chicago and on wend morning I will be saying good bye to my belly. If the Dr gets 30 pounds off I will be passed my goal weight when I wake up!! I am so happy I have not been in the 100s since before my kids! I met my husband I was 195. This is an emotional week for me! I paceked my bag and I am packing the kids today. Only thing I will have to do tuesday is get all the kids games and pack my husband up! I will keep you guys posted ASAP if I am not up to it I will have my best friend rach post.

Good morning everyone. Holy Mackeral! A miracle has taken place. After 6 months of not losing ..I lost 2 pounds this week. Let me repeat that again..I lost 2 pounds this week!!! I can't believe it. And the funny thing is....I thought I was eating too much. Gee, I guess I needed to increase my intake. Hallelujah! I am off to work with a big smikle on my face. I hope to see more of the A team today.

Trust me I had twins that did not help pannus i have pannus to my thighs so i doubt u will gross me out Was so nice to talk to you dee u have given me so much hope and do glad u really got me going on this tummy tuck idea I cannot wait to know how it all goes call me anytime we both r gonna look great.. .. hard to beleive how it feels to just take that amount of weigh off and look thin. let me know asap how it went dee

It was so nice to talk to you!! My grandma is in the hospital and we are now starting to think about her not living on her own so that is stressful. I will take a gross before picture with the skin hanging down so everyone who wants to lose their lunch can see it. Then of course afters as well.
Lisa you are an inspiration to me! You have been through more than anyone should have to and you keep trucking! You are going to look amazing after your tummy tuck! You deserve it an so much more! Enjoy the rain!!
