Good morning Shar, Looks like everyone else is sleeping in this morning.
I am also holding steady at the same weight. 130 lbs again today. I havent lost for a long time. My original goal was 150 and I feel so good at 130, now I am rethinking my goal. Im thinking maybe 125???
My family keeps telling me that I am too thin now, but I dont think I am.
I think as long as I am feeling good and my blood work is okay, then 5 more lbs wont hurt.

I am actually getting frustrated. After being at the same weight for many months, I am tired of it. My caloric intake is not very high so it may be that it's too low. But, I can't see myself eating any more than I do. I keep myself thinking "well, at least I am not gAINING." bUT i WANT TO LOSE ANOTHER 45 POUNDS. i am feeling very discouraged about this. I don't really count my calories, I just kinda eyeball them. I still count my proteins. I need to talk to my dietician, I suppose. Well, I am off to work I hope you are all well and dry. Any Texans around?

Thanks. I am on a stall and he said I look like most of the left weight is all hangging skin.

I honestly didn't talk the prices. I have carecredit so I am having to charge it and then my insurance will pay a certain amount . I was so happy that I was getting it done I didn't even talk price. I know the hernia repair is 6453.00 and didn't you say the tt was 5000? I guess I should probally find out though huh?
Topic: cardiologist update
Saw the cardiologist and he said most likely what they call a mitro prolapse valve which is not big deal and is common for woman of my age and said has no bearing on me to continue my work out and weight loss program but he will do another echo on sept 26 to make sure he is 100% correct. He says I have a good strong heart.. and said I am doing awesome job with weight loss and said my labs are amazing.. and said u r really a inspiration to people who make a come back from morbid obesity .. I met a lady who was the receptionist at my dentist office and now working at the cardio office and she has no seen me in like 8 mos and she said OMG u look amazing and said when I first saw your chart I did not beleive that was you .. u look smoking hot .. u r sooo pretty man i was on cloud nine.. I was was beaming.. finally my wls is showing..

I am so glad for u to get a tummy tuck the doc wants me to get to 170 before having a tummy tuck seems like I will never get there but then again all my fat that is left is in my tummy.. eek!!!!!!!!
I will go in sept 23 and figure out if i have a prayer on getting it done now..

Geri wasn't there she was sick but her daughter works there now and she was the one who had her tummy tuck done 2 weeks ago it looks amazing!!! He took some new training in buenos aries I know missspelled . He said the way he does it you get 2 drains and you wont get the doggie ears.
I am scared but I am so sick of running and stopping because the skin hitting my thighs. Or the fact that my skin hangs on my legs and makes my legs go numb. I am also excited that he thinks there is almost 30 pounds of skin! That will put me in the 100s I have not been there since september 5th 1998 (when I met my husband) And grade school before then!
