Hey Sharra... stupid question here but do you take a B Complex and a B-12? And what's the difference between the two? I always thought B-12 was B complex. I tend to be a little on the tired side and would love to correct this if possible. I take one B-12, one multi, one iron and one calcium-plus D vitamin a day. I've been wanting to add flax seed & omega 6 to my daily routine but just haven't started it yet. I was also thinking of drinking this green drink every morning because it's loaded with antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and active enzymes. It's suppose to naturally increase your energy and help you absorb vitamins & minerals better. What other vitamins and/or healthy herbs has everyone else added to their daily routine?

Yes all that Sharra said plus it can be stress related also it is our bodies way of telling us to slow down. One thing I do is make sure I am stilling to the rules about eatting and drinking and that does help with the hunger and I do take B-12. and give myself enough time to get sleep.

Kimberly, Are you getting enough protein and water? How about your vitamins-especially the B's?? I start to drag when I do not get enough B-complex with B-12. I also get the hunger pains and cravings when I am not getting enough protein or if I have been hitting the carbs. Eating carbs makes me VERY HUNGRY all the time. IT is hard to stop and I have to force myself to reach for the protein and then it dies down. Sometimes the tiredness can be hormone fluctuations. Our body's chemistry has been totally turned on it's head and our fluid levels and hormone levels have been pushed out of whack and need to find their balance. Lastly, it might be sleep problems. YOU can be getting to sleep but your body is not going into the deep sleep it needs to rest and recover. I know when I am dragging from lack of sleep I also really crave carbs. I know I through a lot at ya. Hopefully it gave you some ideas and you can try a process of elimination to find out what is going on with you.

For the past 3 - 4 months, I have had two major things going on. I am starving all the time and also I am so tired sometimes (almost all the time) it is hard to make it through the day. Is anyone else experiencing any of this? And if youa re, what is the cause and the cure?

I can't even begin to imagine the anguish you must be going through over your daughter. My heart goes out to you. I believe in miracles and I'm praying the Lord grants you one and heals your daughter completely! With all the added emotional stress that's on your plate don't forget to take care of yourself. You can't afford to get sick yourself. Remember to eat and stay hydrated. Keeping you all in my prayers. {{{hugs}}}
