Hi Lisa, I haven't been here in a while...missed you all so I'm back!!!! I'm struggling with having to gain weight and now that I have put on 2 pounds I'm freeking out about it. UGH...will I ever be okay????

This what will make a sucess out of you The old you would not have gotten back on track after some weight gain. We all are gonna gain weight it is how we see weight gain as a temp set back the old us we just kept on gaining and not stop the cycle we all have a tool to use. We all need to hold on to the support system. I feel sad for those that have moved on and felt they did not need us. we all need us and I bet u most that do not come back will regain the weight in time if they do not keep the suppport system up. Only 2% of the population that is morbid obese keeps the weight off forever .. I plan to be in 2% and I am gonna need all the help I can to not gain it back .. I refuse to be morbid obese again.. WE ROCK A TEAM!!!! Lisa

Guilty as charged! I'd dropped out for a while because I had stopped losing weight-I've gained a few pounds from my trip to NY last week and am ready to stop the insanity! I'm back to tracking my intake and following The Rules. I will be weighing in again-I need this accountability. Thanks dear A Team for always being here-I need you!

Crystal, I am sending you all of my best thoughts and wishes. I know it's hard to stay strong through something like this and I admire you for what you had the courage to do. Take care of yourself so you can be strong and healthy for the little ones. You are such a special person and you deserve the best that life has to offer. Thank goodness you have family support at a time like this. Ditto on what was said about the protein drinks-even when you aren't hungry you've just got to make your protein goal each day or you won't have any energy. We are here for you-keep us posted and know that we love you!
