What's a reseaonable Goal?

I wanted to lose 33% of my excess weight by the 3 month mark. That would be 66lbs by Aug 11th. At 10 weeks out I was down 64lbs, so I am almost there!

Hey you and I are at the same exact place I am 64 lbs also and we had the same surgery date. YEAH!!!!!
