O my little Butterfly .. I missed you too .. I mean it .. I thought of you a lot .. I have had some really down days here in the past couple months .. but I always thought of how positive you would get after one of our postings .. you always bounce back.. If it was not for you and all the others here .. I sincerely do not think I would have ever gotten this far ..
You are such an inspiration to me .. My God Look at you ... you are gorgeous .. I mean it ..

Yep .. the next time you go out to eat .. before you order anything .. tell the waitress when she brings your meal .. bring a doggie bag ( or box ) This way you can imediatly go in and take out the food amount you want and put the rest away . So you can have it later of share it later .
I do this .. and it is great .. this way .. I am only looking at my little portions of life .. I had a waitress look at me funny the other night .. and said .. My God you did not even touch it yet .. I told her that's right .. I am not a waster .. and better it be covered up and taken home ..
Try it .. It helps with your mindset .. as we are still learning .. and our heads tend to think bigger than our pouchies..
