Topic: Rule on Asprin?
Earlier this week my PHC doc thought I may have developed a blood clot due to birth control.... as of now the first test came back neg so I hope the pain goes away. He advised me to start taking one baby asprin per day and stop taking my birth control , I bought the chewable since I don't like pills, but I was thinking that we weren't supposed to take anything with asprin in it. I have an appt with my surgon Monday and I'll be asking him then but in the mean time I was just wondering if it is ok for me to take them.... Cassie

Well .. Yesterday was month # 11 . I am really geared up to begin celebrating my re-birthday month . I have a great big party planned for May 27th . Wish you all could be here . Any way I am sure you all have you own parties to plan for your day too . Any way ... Just wanted to say HI .. and that life is great . I am now a size 6 down total 158 pounds . I am so pleased with my quality of life . Hugs , Natalie

Hey girly. I haven't felt the greatest today so my eating sucked. B skipped (dr. appointment. It went well. My scales are 8 pounds lighter than him.) L 1 taco D chicken patty and 4 chips S 16 animal crackers. Check it out!!!!! Ed, the football coach, called me and asked me if I still wanted to coach cheerleading. Of course, I said yes. He is going to let me know next week. the only problem is the cheerleading commissioner called the old cheerleading coach and talked to her and she turned around and called Ed. He doesn't want them back, so he is calling the cheer commissioner and is going to tell her that he doesn't want them do to all the problems he had last year with those two. Man, I hope she listens to him and I get to coach. I am so excited about it!!!!! I will let you know as soon as I find out. Oh yeah, as far as Matt goes, they broke up so now he wants to talk to me. I live in SC..they sell them in Walmart by the fruit roll ups and other granola type bars are. They used to be called CarbWell. They kinda have the texture of a rice crispy treat. I am hoping to try the Power Crunch bards like Nat mentioned. I am afraid they will be more expensive then I am willing to spend on a daily basis though. We will see.... Julie S. 265/153.5/135

FInally the scale has moved, I lost 2 pounds this week. I started taking my vitamins the right way, all of them everyday, and 2 protein shakes, no matter how much I get from food. I am so happy, I hope it keeps going, I have about 23 more to go to get to a normal bmi. shele

That sounds awesome. I actually just started walking with my girlfriend at night. She actually has the opposite problem. She is a size 2, but wants to build muscle. Since WLS I have been seeing the personal trainer with weight training. I know I need to increase the cardio so I am going to walk in between and I am going to start yoga.
