Well my Dr goal was to get to 175lbs, I am curretnly at 183lbs and still standing. Unfortunetly I will probably not be losing anymore for now, but hope to be able to lose after the baby is born. My goal for myself is 130-135lbs so I am still about 50lbs over my goal. I really fear that I will not reach a healthy weight. I will be 18 months out from surgery, when the baby comes, so my honeymoon period will be over. I am blessed though, because I beleive that if I hadnt had the surgery and lost the weight I did I would not have gotten pregnant and had another chance on having a beautiful baby. You are all doing so good keep up the good work, I still have 1 month and 2 days before my 1 yr is up.- Melissa 298/183/130

B- 1 cup shredded wheat with 1/2 cup milk L- protein drink S- detour protein bar D- one turkey hotdog on a slice of bread with a tablespoon of chili on it, and 1/2 cup of mac n cheese. I did horrible this dinner. I feel like I can just eat so much!! I have had 6 glasses of water so far, and will get in at least 2 more.- Melissa

HI Lisa, I reached my goal of 168 (I'm 6' tall), at 8.5 months out. Kept loosing a bit. Now maintain at 155-157, 11-13 lbs UNDER goal! Pam rny 5/13/04 268/157 below goal & maintaining

Lisa- You're looking so good! My doctor's goal was anywhere from 130-160. My personal goal is an ever-changing number but these days I'm thinking 135. Today, I was (drum roll, please) 147, with a BMI of 24. I haven't weighed this little in 18 years. When I started this journey, and ppl asked what I wanted to weigh, I would tell them that I dreamed of 140, but that 160 would be GREAT and I'd be happy with 180. Now, with all the skin hanging, I wonder if I'll ever be able to look at myself naked and not see FAT. I look and think, "no WAY there's only 12 extra pounds making my tummy and thighs look like THIS". Then I get dressed and feel MUCH better. Hope everyone is feeling healthy and happy and enjoying spring as much as I am!! Hugs, Susan

Breakfast- 2 protein cookies ( I put the recipe on the Va board ) 3-8 ounce glasses of s/f orange mango koolaid Lunch- pinto beans with ham. will be another 3- 8 ounces glasses of koolaid Snack 1 protein cookie my evening walk dinner- flounder and sometype of veggie.. (magnesium is LOW) Snack 1 ounce of cheese and 16 wheat thins. more fluids lisa
