I can't drink milk because I am now lactose intolerant though that doesn't seem to affect me while eating other dairy, just drinking milk or eating ice cream. Mayo seems to be a problem *shrug* ground beef just never seems to go down right and neither does pot roast... more a consistency thing. Lots of bread or fries swell and make me uncomfy or have to go throw it up. If I eat a lot of sweets I dump but I can have some and be okay. Most everything else is okay for me but I try to limit the amount that I eat of things that I know are no no's.

Here is my list of CAN NOT EAT foods . Steak Over cooked meats of any kind . No sugar .. I get the dumpsies . No bread.. It swells in me tummy and I ache for days .. Nothing re-heated .. I do not care what it is .. My pouchy knows and I end up .. at the toilet . Nothing really high in fat content .. I end up at the I watch my carbs and calories pretty much . I am trying to up them so the weight loss starts to maintain.. but it seems nothing is working so I am letting it run its course .. Huggles . Natalie

O my .. what a day .. I love doing this .. B-Nectar L-Wendies BLT Salad . Snack - Protein Bar D-1 oz of Ham .. 2 small diced potatoes - Pinto beans- about 4 of them . Will do another Nectar before bed .. and some snack . No Yucking today or problems .. Huggles everyone ! Nat

Is there anyone out there that can eat anything they want without getting sick? I am just about able to eat anything...and it is driving me crazy...cause I am at this stupid plataeu!! No matter what I eat, I am staying the same!!! Help...cant' take it anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ugh.... Jeannie

OK, I have a feeling Im gonna get hit today, lol. I was doing really good and then all of a sudden had a craving and gave into it bad bad bad. B- protein drink L- cup of carb countdown choc milk D- oh boy do I have to tell you guys? Here it is a nacho bellgrande from taco bell I will not have anything else today. I have been drinking my water too I usually get in about 6 to 8 glasses a day of water, but never post it, silly me. - Melissa

Pam you have done amazing on your journey, dont let this one slip up get you down. I too have stayed away from the sugars till recently, and I have never dumped. I wish I did. However I have taken all snacks even the s/f ones out of my house and replaced it with all yogurt and veggies. The main reason I did this is so that through this pregnancy, if I snack I want to make sure it counts towards my babies health. Keep up the good work, and remember we all slip up now and then- Melissa
