Good Morning Allison! B: 2 oz Ched Cheese & sl B Bread S: 1/4 C mixed nuts L: dunno S: dunno D: Pork chop/cauliflower S: dunno As for the limb....step away from the hacksaw! I hate to exercise too, but I did start taking some dance classes a couple of weeks ago & I love that...doesn't feel like exercise. How about something like that....you can fool yourself into exercising! Just wait...200 will be a mere memory before you know it! Pam

I am so excited, I had to post!!! I had been stuck and losing very slowly for the past 4 months!!! I usually don't weight myself in the afternoons because I go up 2 pounds. Anyway, yesterday morning, I weighed 152, and by the afternoon, I was 150 (That excited me). Anyway, this morning I woke up, and weighed myself...over and over again!!!! 146.5. I couldn't believe my eyes! I am now 101 pounds lighter than I was 10 months ago!!!! I kept seeing all these other people lose 100 pounds by 6 months or so, and I kept thinking, when is this going to happen for me? Sometimes I got depressed about it, but then said to myself "I was a lightweight (as some people may say), and I am doing everything I can, it will happen in time" And it finally did!!!! WOWWWWOW!!! 18 more pounds until I reach goal. Thanks for listening. Tricia 247/146/128

Morning May babies!!!!!!!!!! B - 11oz. protein shake coffee, 3pks splenda and 2 tbs of cream s - probably none l - probably about a cup of thai chicken and veggies in peanut sauce not sure on the rest but i will catch up later...have a great wed. and keep inspiring me...if i dont break the 200 soon i am going to be forced to cut off a limb..hey thats a little drastic guess i could get but up in the morning and excerisze how pathetic i considered the limb before the excersize..ohhhh i might need some therapy!!!!!!!!!
