Snacking/grazing avoidance strategy
 Stolen...I mean borrowed from someone on the main message board...
Before you take that first bite of snack, sit down and count from 1 by 1 up to the number of pounds you have lost.  So, in my case, 1 to 114.  And do it slowly savoring each pound of it.
Wonder if this will ward off the snack urge.  Couldn't hurt.
