I hope everyone had a Blessed Holiday!
Now that the Thanksgiving Holiday is over. We must get backon track! below is my menu for the day..
Breakfast Nectar Protein 23g protein
Snack Albacore Steak 34g protein
Lunch Albacore Steak 34g protein
Snack Nectar Protein 23g protein
Dinner ????????
Snack Nectar Protein 23g protein
I will drink at least 70oz of water and take all vitamins by noon today. I'll also walk 1.5 miles this evening whenI get home. Continue to pray that each and every one of us achieve our goal.

Lunch - tuna 3 oz - 21 grams
Snack - Detour Bar - 15 grams (I need to eat less of these, they're just soooo darn good!!! And easy!!!!!!!)
Dinner - ???
Snack - SF hot choc with vanilla protein - 27 grams
So 90 grams of protein not including dinner.
Vitamins - Dang I've got a lot of these now, but I'm doing them all!!!
Exercise - probably none (honestly) My hernia is really bothering me lately.

I'm joining the train for the 1st time (hope it's okay - just found this board last Wednesday).
B - Carnation Instant Breakfast
S - 1/2 South Beach protein bar
L - Baked sweet potato (plain)

D - ? going to Olive Garden
S - Probably ff pretzels

Oh, SURE, start this again after I've just eaten a peice of apple pie!! (Okay, it is sugar free, but STILL!)
B: 1 egg cooked with a slice of 2% American cheese, 2 slices turkey bacon, 1 carb conscious fajita size tortilla - 18 grams protein - I ate all but one bite.
S: 1/8 of 9" SF apple pie with 2 tbsp cool whip
L: will be remaining 1/2 of Subway wrap (chicken, bacon, ranch with black olives and spinach)
D: will be some sort of chicken - probably marinated and grilled, some sort of starch, and probably spinach for the veggie (or cauliflower).
I will likely have a snack later tonight and I will make it a protein shake. No chips or crackers tonight! Maybe popcorn.


AM: dose of protein syrup - 30 grms
breakfast: 4 oz carb control yogurt and half an Atkins bar - 15 grms
lunch: 3/4 cup of vegetarian chili and two tablespoons of kale - approx 5 grms
dinner: atkins bar - 20 grams (it's a school night, so I'm eating in class)
snack: six sugar free chocolate meringues - no protein but only 4 calories each.
protein: 70 grams
vitamins: done
water: still working on it...
exercise: it's my off night (I work out six nights per week with Mondays off).

I use Pro Stat 64 liquid protein syrup (orange mist) and I buy it here http://www.cwimedical.com/prostat64.html
I must warn you, though, that it tastes and smells disgusting. But, it's 15 grams of protein in 2 tablespoons. I take two medicine cups full each morning for 30 grams of protein. My doc recommended it since I also have a "VERY" grouchy pouch. It's been a life-saver for me on the protein front. Eventually, you'll get somewhat accustomed to the taste and smell.

Dinner: Beef Brisket w/ mashed cauliflower
Snack: Either Nectar Protein (33 grams) or
IDS Cinnamon Vanilla Protein (30 grams) mixed with chilled cinnamon vanilla decaf coffee
60 oz of water
Vitamins - all take except for nightly calcium
Exercise - none thus far. Feet feel crappy. Derned neuropathy.

D: Having steak and a bite of rice (about 4 oz of steak, 32g protein)
Fluids, eh... counting my nectar, I've had about 40 oz of water today, so I've got some work to do but I'll drink another big glass of water after dinner.
