Lakisha, I know how hard it is to really "see" the difference yourself. But, there is one! My surgeon tells me that everytime I start thinking there isn't a big difference, I need to go put on a big pair of jeans that I used to wear...it does help! Keep up the great work, girlfriend!!!!! Lakisha, Of course there is a difference!!! You look great! But I have to say that I am the same way. Even though I've lost 85 pounds, I still see myself as huge! I've decided I have a case of body dysmorphia. I think I'm bigger than what others tell me I am. I look in the mirror and I still see a big girl. I don't know when that will change. Diane
