Grandma 2be again!
Well, I'm going to be a grandma again next summer!
I have one grand-daughter who's 17 months old and now, another is on the way.
I thank the Lord everyday for my first grand-daughter. It's because of her that I started my WLS journey. I was there in the delivery room and held her when she was only 15 minutes old. I made myself a promise that I would do something about my weight.
I wanted to be there for her,
to watch her grow up
to watch her graduate
to watch her walk down the aisle
to be here when she calls and tells me that I'm going to be a "great grandma" (I'm only 42, so I hope to be around)
I have the energy/stamina now to run and play with her. More energy then I ever had before.
So, thank you again Lord for sending her to me..........and thank you for the miracle that's due to arrive July 19, 2006
