Hey Maysters. I havent been on much lately I know but I have been working nonstop at Peter Hut and not getting home until the a.m. most nights. Anyway, have a little request. I have been having alot of pain in my left Breast for a week or so. I have an appt. with my doc today at 1:00. Please pray that this is just a torn muscle or something. Thanks. I will keep you updated.

How long ago Lori? My office roomie is just about 5 years cancer free. Her mother is 35 years cancer free. Kathy

Kathy, I'm a 4 year breast cancer survivor. The drug I take to help prevent breast cancer is called tamoxifen. It caused my uterus to go pre-cancerous, so in July of 2004 I had to have a full hysterectomy...so far, so good! Lori P.S. I'm gonna be so pissed if any cancer comes back after all I've been through with WLS! (Like that would do me any good!)

(One for each year, so far...) I know several who take or have taken tamoxifen. I think my officemate was switched to something else. I'm not sure what though.
