Pre-B: Protein shake (Nectar Fuzzy Navel mixed with Crystal Light Orange Sunrise)
B: Leftover chicken saltimbocca (yummm)
L/S: Protein shake - leftover decaf hazelnut cream mixed with IDS Cinnamon Vanilla protein
D: Will actually be early to mid-afternoon...having friends over - holiday celebration and Redskins football so it'll be chicken wings, mini hot dogs, guac and chips (I won't eat that), vegies and ranch dip, etc...
S: Another protein shake before bed
We're back... MAN am I tired! And filthy!
Pre-breakfast - coffee!
Breakfast - protein shake (1.5 scoops Nectar)
Midmorning - a few grapes and half a protein bar
Later - a few more grapes and another protein bar (threw the other one out, it was nasty)
Late Lunch - 1/2 a potato skin, a bite of a fried pickle (YUMMY!) and about a cup of taco salad
Dinner - not sure. Not really hungry right now - just want to take a shower and relax for a while...
Vits - good except for last calcium
Water - pretty good, took a case of bottled water with us today
Exercise - well, my arms got a work out and I walked between two trucks for 4 hours carrying crap!
