Gym is open (Friday)
I did my workout today. I probably won't be walking tonight. I need to get ready for my day trip to Austin. I am going to meet with some people from the OH Texas board. Here is what I did today:
Bench Press
Front Press
Dumbbell Pullovers
Tricep Extensions
Upright Rows
One-arm Dumbbell Rows
Preacher Curls
I will be out late, so I won't post tomorrow. Don't forget to workout though!

I work in a small retail store, and Friday afternoons are often quiet. So, I wasn't too concerned about walking on the treadmill before work. Did 1.5 miles (good for me), then shoulder and leg stretches. Turned out we were swamped at work, and ended up being on my feet all day. Really tired tonight!!!!
Breaking down and getting my long hair cut off tomorrow. It is so pathetically thin that I can't stand it anymore. Scared I will look completely bald when it is cut.
