It's a new week! Time to start fresh and work on working out. I worked out my biceps and shoulders and forearms. upright rows lateral raises curls reverse curls wrist curls reverse wrist curls 2 mile walk is scheduled for this evening. Seven

Went to the gym... 2.04 mi walk on the treadmill (30 minutes) 2.34 mi on the exercise bike (10 minutes) Leg still bothering me. Tomorrow no cardio just weights for upper body. Lower body needs rest. Kathy

Don't stress the leg. Take it easy and let it get to feeling better. There are lots of other ways to work out until it's feeling up to it. Seven

Howdy Seven! Monday, I did 30 minutes on the treadmill at 4.0 mph for cardio.
