Hi everyone! I worked my hams and glutes today. lying leg curls flutter kicks floor hip extensions floor hip abductions bridging I also walked 6.25 miles! What is wrong with me? What did you do to work your muscles today? Seven

I looked at your message too fast and thought that said "flying leg curls". Had to do a double take on that one! Not to mention the "butterfly kicks". Geez...new glasses time, eh? 6.25 miles! Yeowza! I may not have done any butterfly kicks, but while walking I did some serious bug swatting! I ran into a swarm of some kind of weird flying little bug. They kept trying to get a free ride on my shirt. I probably looked schitzo to the traffic driving by! Seven

How funny! I am telling you I was EXHAUSTED! I know it is Wednesday. I take my long walk on Wednesdays. I must of thought I walked all the way to Thursday! Seven

HI SEVEN! Today I exercised on the treadmill for 50 min, burning 360 calories. I walked for 5 min and then ran for 5 until the 50 min was up. Thank God this day is over, Im pooped. Time to go to bed. Goodnight. Candy

It took me 2 hours. Not exactly race walking, but I am so proud of myself! I think I might try it again next week. Seven

Hi Seven! I worked out on Wed and Thursday. I'm in a full day training class both days and had a memorial for our CEO who died last night. But, to update. Wednesday, I did my mini triathlon stuff...15 min eliptical, 15 min treadmill, 15 min stationary bike, then abdominals... Today, I did 25 minutes treadmill and upper body workout on the stability ball with free weights. I'm off to my class. Have a great day everyone! Lori
