Hi Seven!
I worked out on Wed and Thursday. I'm in a full day training class both days and had a memorial for our CEO who died last night.
But, to update.
Wednesday, I did my mini triathlon stuff...15 min eliptical, 15 min treadmill, 15 min stationary bike, then abdominals...
Today, I did 25 minutes treadmill and upper body workout on the stability ball with free weights.
