I just filled a 2 1/2 Q rubber maid pitcher of water and wrote drink Me on it! I have the Plateau Buster Diet on my fridge and I am all psyched up to go! Off to the gym I go! Are you ready Aliya??? Lets Go!!!! And anyone else up for the challange? Look for the Regroup post tonight!!!!!!!!!! Jen

Hey Jen, I was gonna tell you last night I would hop on board but I am sorry (well not sawry really) to say that I have not really been on a plateau for awhile. I actually woke up this morning with 2 more pounds lost. I think I am just working myself skinny! Good luck to you though.

Hey Jen ~ I am definitely on board! I don't know what the plateau buster is, but I am back to the basics. I am cutting back carbs, snacking, and just plain focusing on me and what makes me successful. We are all to close to goal to fall back into poor habits. I have 33 pounds to go to make it to 127. I'm 5'1", so I really think I can make it to that weight! So, I WILL be going to the gym tonight for cardio (my trainer cancelled, but I am not going to use that as an excuse to not go). I am on track for eating so far today -- no food distractions at work today, so I should be able to stay on track. Good luck to you and everyone else joining in! Angela

Here is the Infamous Plateau Buster Diet 10 days 2 quarts of water (64 oz) 45 gms protein from supplements (shakes, powder, drinks) All Vitamins 3oz of protein 5 x day (low fat, low carb) beef, pork, chicken, turkey, fish, eggs, cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt, beans, legumes coffee, tea, SF popsicles, crystal light, SF jello Nothing else...if it isn't on the list you can't have it. No veggies, no fruit no bread, no protein bars, no cereal

Ok jen im ready im gonna be a day behind ya but i will start tomarrow if that is ok i just ate lunch i need some help i only have37 to go to get to my 140 I dont think im gonna make it but im gonna try. Tammy

I'll probably jump on the bandwagon but not til next week. Right now just gotta focus on recovering. But once I'm feeling up to it... I think I'll busta-move on the Plateau Buster with you folks if you are still doing it at that point. Kathy
