Plateau Buster Here I Come
Hey Jen ~
I am definitely on board! I don't know what the plateau buster is, but I am back to the basics. I am cutting back carbs, snacking, and just plain focusing on me and what makes me successful. We are all to close to goal to fall back into poor habits. I have 33 pounds to go to make it to 127. I'm 5'1", so I really think I can make it to that weight!
So, I WILL be going to the gym tonight for cardio (my trainer cancelled, but I am not going to use that as an excuse to not go). I am on track for eating so far today -- no food distractions at work today, so I should be able to stay on track.

Here is the Infamous Plateau Buster Diet
10 days
2 quarts of water (64 oz)
45 gms protein from supplements (shakes, powder, drinks)
All Vitamins
3oz of protein 5 x day (low fat, low carb)
beef, pork, chicken, turkey, fish, eggs, cheese, cottage cheese,
yogurt, beans, legumes
coffee, tea, SF popsicles, crystal light, SF jello
Nothing else...if it isn't on the list you can't have it. No veggies, no fruit no bread, no protein bars, no cereal
