What are you eating on Thursday?
LND- whole wheat spagetti, turkey italian sausage, tomato salad, one slice of garlic bread
B- protein shake
then yogurt, banana, a bite of a muffin
L- not sure- having a luncheon at work
D- hawaiian food, probably grilled shrimp
vits- still need calcium and b12
water- way behind, I forgot to bring it
excersize- will walk tonight
LND - about 3 oz of steak and 3 bites of baked potatoe
Pre B - Nectar shake
B - steak/spinach salad (I packed a lunch and forgot I was going out for lunch. The salad had more appeal than oatmeal.)
L - 1/2 a grilled ham and cheese sandwhich
S - Protein Bar
S - I'll grab a SF Venti Latte on the way to class
D - whatever I feel like scratching up after class at 9pm
AM - double shot of protein syrup
b - carb control yogurt, 1/2 strive proten bar
l - 3/4 cup chili with ff sourcream, 1/2 cup canned mixed veggies
s - Light Tostitos, 1/2 cup salsa, and 1/3 cup shredded mexican cheese (it was sooooo good!!)
d - broiled crab cake, salad (all lettuce with 5 or 6 olives and two tablespoons of corn), sf jello with sf coolwhip for dessert
various grazing throughout the day: I tend to not include this, but I'd better start, so I can be accountable because it adds up:
3 or 4 s/f life savers
small box of s/f mentos (there's about 12 candies per box at 5 calories each)
2 s/f vanilla wafers
4 or 5 pieces of chewing gum throughout the day
Well, that's way too many sugar alcohols in a day and I had horrific gas all day long!
Water - Yes, about 80 oz of liquids overall
meds and vits - yes
protein - yes, 65-70 grams
exercise - 60 minutes of cardio followed by upper body toning and abs
