Today is my Friday! Bring on the weekend! LND- I didn't plan a dinner, and I always have problems when I do that. After boot camp I have 1/2 grilled cheese, 2 s/f pops and too many wheat thins. Oops. B- protein shake S- yogurt, banana L- Lean Cuisine S- protein shake D- hawaiian food water- It's only 7:50am, but I already have a good head start. vits- I will right now. exer- Boot camp is KILLING me this time. I feel like an 90 year old woman this morning.

Hey Candi, Not a good day so far, its only 1230 here and I feel like barfing! At least theres room for improvement. I hate periods!!!! Okay if you must know, just remember to pick your jaw up off the floor after you finish reading. Pre b- coffee(lots of it) breakfast that never ended- a packet of instant grits with ff butter, and then: snack size ice cream bar, 2 oreos an hour later- another ice cream an hour later-handfull of chips I gotta go somewhere before the demon gets loose in the next hour! Man I suck bad! Candy

Candi, having poi for dinner? Hawaiian pizza? Going to a luau? Inquiring minds, want to know. Great going on the boot camp, lady! Last night, was true to what I wrote except I did add 1 slice of cheese. Today's eatings and plans: Pre-B: IDS Cinnamon Vanilla protein shake mixed w/ leftover chilled coffee (35g) B: Cup o' joe, taylor ham (a NY/NJ thing), 2 slices muenster cheese L: Tuna salad S: Celery w/ pb, Nectar Lemon Tea protein shake D: Hazelnut encrusted tilapia w/ tartar sauce S: Strawberries w/ light cool whip, Nectar Lemon Tea protein shake Water: Propel 16.9 oz + 20 oz pure water. Working on next 20 oz. Vitamins: Got 2 doses of calcium and my iron left to spread out for the afternoon/evening. Exercise: Gym this a.m. - 15 mintues cycling plus abs

Yuck- no poi! We go to this hawaiian place every Thursday, and the owner makes special hawaiian dishes for my husband, usually sai men (soup) and some sort of fish. For me he makes grilled shrimp and hawaiian marinated pork with a chili oil. Sooo good, and all protein. (It does come with noodles, but Tim eats those)

When you say boot camp I am assuming that you mean you are going to a trainer?? If thats the case hows its going? Laura

It's called "Adventure Boot Camp for Women" and it's 2 trainers with 8-10 women, at a park every night for a month. It's intense. Obstacle courses, timed mile runs, lots of ab work, some yoga and pilates, lots of work with weights. We never know what the next night entails. It's HARD and it's kicking my butt! They don't give you any slack, and that's really good for me. This is my second time, I did it in January as well. This is my first week of this session.

Howdy... Today was a better eating day, it seems like, with one exception... See if you can pick it out: Pre B - Nectar B - 6 oz low carb yogurt L - 3/4 cup diced turkey, 1.5 oz cheese S - low sugar granola bar S - 1 cup ff cottage cheese S - Venti SF FULL FAT Starbucks (that would be the exception to my day) S - Protein Bar D - 3 inch piece of lasagn Totals for the day: Calories: 1394 (Damn 300 calorie latte!) Fat: 49 Carbs: 88 Protien: 153 Did good on water today - 75 oz so far, good on vits. No exercise. Up at 4, studied, worked 7-4 with no breaks, meeting with advisor (see new post), studied, test, home, exhausted....
