Gym Is Open (Friday)
TGIF folks!!!!!
Someone told me the time changes this weekend, so I've been whining all week about getting up and being at the gym by 5 am, I'll probably really be whining next week! Also, I'll be in New Orleans Tuesday through Friday, which is 2 hours ahead of me now...what a whiner!
Weight Training Circuit (Complete 3 cycles)
1. Machine Leg Press 1 x 8
2. Machine Chest Press 1 x 8
3. Cable Seated Row 1 x 8
4. Machine Leg Curls 1 x 8
5. Standing DB Shoulder Press 1 x 8
6. Standing DB Biceps Curls 1 x 8
7. SB Dumbbell Triceps Extension 1 x 8
8. Machine Back Extension 1 x 10
9. SB Crunch 1 x 15
For cardio:
10. Bike 15 minutes at 90 rpm's level 3

I did a spinning class this morning. First time! It kicked my butt. But, I'm going back because that kind of discipline keeps me going.
And, as if that wasn't enough, a friend from California called at about 11. She's in town to ski ... so I was sorely tempted and I succumbed. I took out some vacation time and went skiing for the afternoon. It was a lot of fun to get caught up with my friend and ski hard.
Needless to say, I'm pretty wiped out right now and am considering going to get my jammies on after a shower.

I didn't workout. Had my CT scan this morning so with not being allowed to eat (except for lovely berry flavored barium)... no way I could work out. I'm lucky my sugar didn't crash waiting on me test.
Tomorrow brings another day. We plan on gyming it.
