LND - Chicken Stir Fry (chicken, broccoli, peppers, carrots, onions & sprouts)
B - 1/2 cup Kashi Crunch w/1% milk
S - Protein Shake
L - 1/2 cup cottage cheese w/triscuit crackers
D - it's going to be a Chicken Chili recipe I found today.

Water - almost all in
Exer - Raining today and I will be shopping after work - so does that count for walking?
Pre-B: Protein shake
B: Tuna salad
L: Meatballs (plain)
S1: A couple of bites of a piece of SF cheesecake someone at work made
S2: Celery w/PB, protein shake
D: The rest of the piece of SF cheesecake - DOH!
I'll have another protein shake later. Not sure what else.
Vitamins: Got one dose of calcium and my iron to go. (Not together)
Water: 16.9 Propel, 40 oz plain water, working on some decaf iced tea
Exercise: Went to gym - it was closed

L - chicken caesar salad
S - carrots
S - 1/2 a southbeach diet wrap meal thingy (I was really hungry today, I guess)
D - chicken, spinach and ricotta roll-up, about 4 oz worth of chicken, roasted broccoli
