LND- roasted veggies, a protein shake and a couple of low fat graham crackers LNS- s/f ice cream bar B- protein shake S- banana, yogurt L- turkey, cheese, crackers D- out for italian vits- yes water- will get 100 exer- boot camp

So far today I have had: B: about 10 oz of a protein drink left over from last night - (2 scoops of Isopure vanilla, 12 oz skim milk, and a squirt of sf chocolate syrup - about 63 grams/protein when I made it) L: about 3 oz left over meat loaf from dinner last night (made with ground beef, turkey, carrots, green and red peppers, crushed croutons, and onions - yumm-o!) and a medium sized baked sweet potato with about 1-1/2 tbsp butter and salt Dinner will be pork tenderloin that's been in my crock pot all day with low-fat cream of mushroom soup and brown jasmine rice. I'll probably also make some sort of veggie but I don't know what. Water: so far about 16 oz - not doing well there so far today Vits: have taken multi and one calcium - will take the iron in a little while and the other calcium later Exercise - not much today

so far today i have been doing so so b- I had a cup of coffee b- i had some tuna and and about 4 crackers s- had a few pringles. that is it so far. I will take my vits in a minute. I plan on having a protein shake berfore I go to the gym. My son keeps asking me to go to the gym but i just have had no energy. Parltey from depression since I cant seem to make the right food choices. d- i plan on a little something with protein before I leave for work s- probbley a protein bar at work. will work on my water and go the the gym when I get my son from the sitter. I need to pull my head out of the thanks candi for posting this I usually read but become emberresed about my choices so I dont post. i just need to be accountable. To bad I did not get head surgery too.

Pre-B: Protein shake B: Cup o' Joe, 2 slices bologna, 1 slice cheese L: 4 small meatballs S1: 2 celery stalks w/ peanut butter, protein shake S2: SF Russell Stover coconut egg, diet 7 up (I'm drowning my sorrows - LOL!) D: Good question. Some asparagus, for sure. Some form of protein. S: Protein shake. Water: 16.9 oz propel, 2 - 20 oz water bottles, iced tea later Vitamins: working on it Exercise: gym - 10 minutes Cybex Arc Trainer, legs and lower body weights and such
