Gym Is Open (Wednesday)

My knee is still killing me!!!! Arrgh!!! I did not go to the gym. I hoped to just try the recumbant bike, but, it is far too sore. I need to get back into the doctor. I get synvisc shots in my knees every six months. Guess it is time. Really upsets me as I've been on such a roll with exercise.... What did you do to move your body today? Lori

Today I walked 5 miles on the treadmill, although it was slow, only 2.8 miles per hour. I split it up too. 3 miles after breakfast and 2 more after lunch. I feel good but not overworked. Candy (who is still 3.5 pounds from goal)

Hi there! I walked about a 3 block square downtown today during my lunch break (we're having long-term offsite all day meetings - oh joy...). It was slow paced, but just nice to get out in the fresh air. Holden and I walked the 3 blocks to his school and back for P/T conference. We even raced a little ways...I won. After the conference we went on a 30 minute bike ride. I'm now officially whooped!

Hi! Today I did a 30 minute ball class, 30 minute yoga class and 50 minutes on the eliptical. . I hope your knee feels better! Shaun

Thanks Shaun...I'm still struggling with severe knee pain. I'm making a doctor's appt today. I really miss my workout!
