Hello Ladies!!!
B- Atkins protein shake
S- 1/2 slice of Havarti cheese/ 1 string cheese
L- Not sure yet, was thinking some salad or soup
D- Made a pot Roast in the crock pot! Smells awesome, I have some left over corn to go with it, or maybe some rice??
vits- 1/2 done
water- 16 oz so far, thats good for me!
exercise- Cant wait to go!!!!!!!! Our new La Fitness grand opening was yesterday... I have been waiting since feb for it to open!!!!!!!!!Ill be in Work out heaven tonight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im so proud of myself, I use to be so very good on getting in 3-32oz bottles of water daily and then I quit and today I just said look, we gotta do this today and I did! Yeah!!

Addendum to last night... had a Blue Bunny SF Ice Cream pop and several pretezel nuggets w/ whipped butter (love 'em that way) for a night time snack but only after my protein shake otherwise I would have eaten more!
Tuesday:
Pre-B: Protein shake (chilled decaf hazelnut coffee with IDS Cinnamon Vanilla, half and half and sweet 'n low)
Tastykake Sensables Sugar Free Chocolate Chocolate Chip Finger Cake
B: Cup o' Joe w/ creamer and sweet n' low
2 hard-boiled eggs
L: 2 slices deli ham, 2 slices deli American cheese
S: Celery w/ peanut butter
S2: Protein shake (Nectar Lemon Tea mixed w/ water)
D: Not sure yet - my honey was off today so we'll probably have dinner out someplace

Vitamins: Got iron and C to take later - rest are all in.
Exercise: Hit the gym this morning: 15 minutes cardio (cycle) and abs

S - low sugar granola bar
L - beef and broccoli from a chinese place, no rice
S - a couple chunks of green pepper
D - we're doing shishkabobs on the grill - will have some peppers, a mushroom and some beef
I'm having a hell of time keeping hydrated and getting in enough decent food with everything going on at work. I'm constantly eating in my car from one destination to the next... I was in the office at 6:30 this afternoon, down town by quarter till 8, and left after 5pm... had 1/2 hour to run for lunch, there's a Chinese place next door... Trying really hard to at the very least get my water in, but even that's hard... This has been kicking my butt...
Water - better than yesterday
Vits - okay
Exercise - tonight, about the closest I'm gonna get is driving myself to the tanning bed for 10 minutes of relaxation...
