What are you eating on Tuesday?
LND: Roasted Turkey, 1/2 c mashed potatoes, 1/2 c steamed broccoli
Before gym: 1/2 protein bar
Breakfast-1 c fat free cottage cheese with tomatoes, 2 parmesan crackers
Morning snack: banana
lunch: small bowl of cream of zucchini soup, luncheon turkey and cheese
Afternoon snack: Yoplait lite yogurt
Dinner: planning on eating more turkey, potatoes and broccoli
vitamins--on track
water--on track over 100 oz
exercise--45 minutes at gym this morning.

B. coffee 20 oz. w/ squirt of milk
1 sl. nature's own wh. gr. toast w/ crunchy Pnt btr and red hot rasberry jam ( spicy but not smokin' )
mid am 20 oz. crystal lt. rasberry tea
L. 1 - 2 oz pkt. cheez-it's
S. 1 oz left over steak trimmed , later 12 oz water
D. 2 oz leftover steak and afterwards- a strawberry fruit freeze bar ( choc. coated)
S. planned for later this eve, cottage cheese and a side of frozen pineapple chunks
vits. done till bed
water/ liquids 50 oz. still alot to go
exercise took a hike w/ grandson after school
P.S. somebody brought in peanut M&M's and left the bag on the coffee table.
they are old binge buddies and I need hubby to get them out of the house before I weaken. I don't even want to touch the bag. I swear those little rascals call my name. ( I don't usually dump on sugar, unfortunately)
