what did you eat on Saturday?

breakfast-protein drink lunch-1 roasted chicken wing, about 5 potatoe chips snack-protein drink dinner-3 boiled egg white, a chicken nugget, and a bite of Tyon's pizza snack-had a handful of those evil M and M's. about 50oz of water, and all vitamins note about today-this is no where near enough food for me, Its 10p now, and although I'm not hungry, my body needs food.
