What are you eating on Monday?
Thanks Aliya for posting these- I'm finding it's harder and harder to get on here at a decent hour to post.
LND- chicken chile verde, a couple of corn chips
** we ate dinner at 3, then I snacked all night.
S- s/f ice cream sandwich, 2 s/f pops and some wheat thins
B- protein shake
S- yogurt, banana
L- Lean Cuisine Panini
D- lasagna (no noodles for me) and salad
S- s/f pop or blue bunny
I must stick to the plan every day this week. I am snacking way too much!
Do you like the Lean Cuisine Panini's? I got one today and plan to have it for lunch tomorrow.
LND - Leftover Avocado, Mushroom Swiss burger from lunch at Village Inn, Some of the french fries that I reheated in the oven.
LNS - Popcorn with parmesan cheese sprinkled on it
I didn't wake up in time for breakfast this morning, I had a migrane all weekend and still have a headache so decided to sleep this morning.
L - 1 Cup Salad Greens, Chicken and cheddar cheese with red wine vinegrette dressing
D - 1/2 Cup Cabbage, Mushrooms, Carrots, Tangerine, Grilled Chicken with Emeril's Asian Spice sprinkled on it, redwine vinegrette
S - Detour Bar with carmel and peanuts (15g of protein)
Water - I drank a bottle of Propel, a bottle of diet lipton green tea with citrus and a bottle of water. I will drink some more before I go to bed.
Exercise - Does walking around Walmart count? I also took the trash down to the dumpster (I hate doing that it makes me gag) and walked to the mailbox. Hopefully tomorrow I will walk more.
